Shale Gas Atlas and Services

Mission Statement: To provide MBA clients with a range of products which can enable them to determine the viability of investing in the newly emerging Australian shale gas plays.

NEW PRODUCT: The Australian Shale Gas Atlas - Twenty Four (24) onshore basins were screened on a commercial and technical basis, revealing Eighteen (18) plays with shale gas potential. MBA’s high level review of each play highlights key information including the shale maturity, kerogen type, net thickness and potential resource.

The data is summarised in easy-to-read tables, providing a quick and simple means for evaluating the potential of shale gas development in Australia. The Atlas is delivered as an 108 page A4 Booklet, and contains a CD which includes a print enabled PDF version of the atlas.
